Board of the Month.

Each month we will be curating a charcuterie board with authentic items found from a particular country or region. On the first of each month, we will announce what country or region we will be featuring & open limited spots for orders until the 15th of each month or until they are filled.

Each order includes details on the origin of the products, their cultural history, & tasting notes. Boards will be available for pickup in Wasaga Beach or Tiny Township on the last Friday of the month.

 

CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT:

After completing the order form, we will respond via email (please check your junk folder) to confirm availability. Payment in full is required to secure and confirm your order and can be sent via etransfer to hello@hollyhaire.com. *If payment is not received within 24 hours of confirming availability, your order will be cancelled.

BOARD INFO:

Please keep in mind when ordering, our boards should be consumed within the same day as pickup for optimal freshness. Our packaging does not allow your board to be stored for more than 8 hours.

ALLERGY, HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER:

Our kitchen has passed a health inspection from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit. We take the health and safety of our staff and products extremely seriously. Masks and gloves are always worn when handling food.

We frequently have nuts, soy, dairy, and other common allergens within our facility. We cannot guarantee that your order has not been cross contaminated but will always take precautions. Please contact us before ordering about allergy concerns.

CANCELLATION:

No credits or refunds will be given for Board of the Month orders.
